Tiles

POLISHED - The stone is worked to achieve a high reflective gloss finish to surface.
HONED - The stone is machined to give a smooth surface.
BRUSHED - The stone has a slightly textured surface to give an antique effect.
FILLED - Normally related to Travertine. A stone resin is used to fill pit holes, which is one of the characteristics of Travertine. Not every pit hole will be filled so may need some filling with grout during fixing.
TUMBLED - The stone has been "tumbled" which gives a rounded edge to the tile and a slightly textured surface.
